This morning I’m in it to check my email and I can’t scroll using the laptop built-in mouse. I’ve tried reading through the help window but I can’t find how to “turn on” scrolling with the mouse. I can scroll by putting the pointer on the scroll bar to the right and moving it but I can’t scroll using the mouse on the laptop.

Laptop is new to me. I’ve had it for 3 weeks and it’s been working well until this morning. How do I get my scrolling back?
