I would of rather seen one shot and what happens lol, like something realistic, like maybe a .22 or a 9mm and then after one shot see how it survives, but come on, an AK-47? Not much can take that lol.
heh not so tough after all. it probably would survive the shotgun and 9mm but not the 7.62 or 5.56.maybe military troops should wear this instead of the kevlar body plates?
dun be crazy, it is toughbook, not a bullet proof book..

People will probably still try it though.
looks to me like the rifles penetrated for sure judging by the size of the holes and damage. both rifles can easily penetrate steel plate.
i think it’s good they did this test to prove to idiots that a thoughbook is not a valid bullet stopping device.

all that armor for 512mb ram and a pentium 4 processor?
i think i saw a dead pixel.. xP
hahaha true
1:20 counter-terrorists win
no only the shotgun got through
AND IT STILL WORKS!!!
Do you really expect to use this as a shield and live?
it did break. did you not notice the hole through the laptop? or did you quit early?
yeh crazy ,it’s not good taking a life is better
never die hahahaha
did the pistol rounds get through as well?
`Good If you need a shield in a hot zone
if your in a combat situation in the military and your laptop gets shot youd loose everything
And they plugged in an external monitor and it still works.
not a normal person… but hey one of these i guess saved a US soldier in Iraq.
thats pretty fucking cool
haha. at least you know that your toughbook wont break, if you need to use it as a shield in some freak shootout!
=p
any chance to get all these services?
You’re shooting it with a gun….what do u expect?
the toughbook looks more safe than a bulletproof vest by far
