This rating is for the customer service received from the supplier. I purchased this for an older laptop with an old battery that would no longer charge. This new battery would not charge either. Given the age of the computer it just wasn’t cost effective to find out if it was the battery or the computer. The supplier gave me a full refund even with the potential that it was not a faulty product. I would order from them again.
