So im looking for a good deal on a laptop and i found this deal on best-buy and basically you get a Dell “14 laptop, a mouse and a laptop case for only $529.98. To me it seems like a good deal buy i was wondering what others thought about it or if you yourself have bought it. What do you think about it? Is it a good deal? Is it worth it?

Inspiron are O.k. laptops, worth 529 on their own.
A little heavy, but for that price I would buy it.
I bought the same package as you except it was a 17 inch inspiron laptop about 4 months ago. Its extremely reliable although it roriginally came with windows vista. I love it so much. Its the best 479 quid ive ever spent. well worth the money.
ive always thought that the Dell Inspiron was the best deal out there.
however, it may be that you are not getting what you want here. you might want to check the specs and see if it is dual-core CPU or not. if it is single core it will be pretty slow. also check the RAM that it comes with, you want at least 2 GB now-days (although you might be able to get by with only 1).
